Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of International Journal on ObGyn and Health Sciences  must be

  1. Written in English.
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 6 pages and no more than 25 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 25 pages.
  3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the International Journal on ObGyn and Health Sciences  paper template and Ethical Agreement form. when if it accepted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of paper is max 10 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. Abstract between 180-220 words; No citations; State in the abstract the main objective, research design, methodology, main results and outcomes, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 25 references primarily with a minimum of 60% to journal papers SCOPUS.

The content of each section of the article:

Title

  1. Title represents the content
  2. Title has never been mentioned in other journals

Abstract

  1. Provide research problem and objective
  2. Provide applied research method
  3. Provide the result of the research
  4. Provide relevant keywords and sorted alphabetically

Introduction

  1. Provide research problem
  2. Provide writer’s insight and plan to the problem-solving effort
  3. Provide research objective
  4. Provide theoretical studies to the problems examined
  5. Provide expectations of the results and benefits of research

Method

  1. Describe method clearly
  2. Have cited sources that assist the author in the selection of methods..
  3. Have explained how the data was obtained.
  4. The procedure is written chronologically and clearly.
  5. The author has written how the results will be measured, tested, and evaluated.

Result and Discussion

  1. Data presentation and explanation valid and reasonable
  2. Tables and figures are useful in the explanation
  3. Discussion / analysis is relevant to research results

Conclusion

  1. Provide summary of main finding
  2. Provide research contribution
  3. Provide research implication
  4. Provide research limitation
  5. Provide future research

 

C. Submission process (Initial Submission)

  1. According to the format of the journal, the submission of a manuscript should only come from one of the authors of that particular manuscript. No one else should submit the manuscript on their behalf. During the submission process and the subsequent peer review, the author who submitted the paper is held responsible for its content.
  2. The submitting author is required to complete, sign and upload the Ethical Agreement form
  3. If you are unable to follow the format, in addition to not having the ethical agreement, your submission will be immediately rejected.
  4. Throughout the submission procedure, authors are obligated to include the full names, affiliations, and countries of all of the authors who contributed to the work. If you forget to add something during the submission process, it can get left out of the paper.
  5. On a separate page, authors are welcome to (but not required to) provide the names, affiliations, and email addresses of two reviewers who are familiar with the topic of the paper in question. Names of Suggested Reviewers (Before submitting their manuscripts, authors are required to supply a separate document containing two names of proposed reviewers, along with their email addresses, affiliations, and countries.
  6. Submissions to the worldwide International Journal on ObGyn and Health Sciences are strongly encouraged to be sent electronically in order to allow speedy publication. The website utilizes a journal management and publishing system that provides assistance with the refereed publishing process at every point, beginning with submissions and continuing all the way through online publication and indexing. The procedure of submitting content is compatible with the most recent versions of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, in addition to the vast majority of other contemporary web browsers. It is compatible with the Windows, Macintosh, and Unix operating systems for use.
  7. The Main manuscript should be submitted (MSWord *.docx format).
  8. Other files such as the Ethical Agreement form, Proposed Reviewer form should be submitted along with the manuscript.

D. Submission process (Revised manuscript based on reviewers' comments)

  1. Submitting author should log in International Journal on ObGyn and Health Sciences
  2. Upload the revised manuscript as an Article text
  3. Authors are also required to submit a Reviewer response along with a revised manuscript.
  4. Replying to reviewers' comments, Authors are requested to use the Response to reviewers template. Downloadable Files (Select the link and Right-click and select "Save link as" / open link in a new tab to download the file)
